Life is a journey

Well, here we go. I have been on this AIP journey for 10 months now and, if I have learned anything, it is that there is soooo much information out there that it can be overwhelming at times. I thought that maybe, if someone could create a place where things were in one place, it would make life simpler. Then I thought....maybe that someone is me so I made this sight. Here you will find the ramblings of my life and as much information as I can get across. My goal is to pass onto you what I have learned on my journey. I will tell you of the ways that I have found to cut cost, make food, and time saving ideas. I will also be brutally honest about what works and what doesn't. So much of the stuff out there just doesn't seem cost effective or practical for most people. I assure you I am the average person who has a full time job, a family, and a life outside of cooking. I also live with chronic health problems. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. A genetic connective tissue disorder so I don't technically have an autoimmune disorder but EDS comes with autoimmune problems like IBS, chronic pain and inflammation, fatigue, sleep disorders, and a compromised immune system. I have found immense improvement in my health since starting AIP and hope that I can help you do the same.
